This technology allows us to continuously produce upholstered cushions suitable for sofa constructions, with a production capacity ranging from 6 to 8 cushions per minute for a single operator. The entire sofa cushion production process is based on continuously obtaining a good filling mixture on the sofa cushion production line and finding the optimal filling system for the inside of the cover.
